We were blown away by the modern and trendy design of the hotel. From the open space system to the high-quality materials, everything was great. And the view from our 16th-floor Executive room was amazing. The king-size bed, trendy bathroom, and coffee-pad machine added to the luxurious experience. Truly a diamond in Hamburg!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located in a quiet overnight area and right next to a beautiful city park. The staff welcomed me warmly at the reception with a drink. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including soundproofed rooms, air conditioning and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel offered various services like room service and dry cleaning, and there was a great choice of food and drinks available at the restaurant and bar. I also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and in the sauna after a long day.

The hotel offers modern and well-designed rooms with comfortable amenities. The secure indoors parking is easily accessible and affordable. Although I didn't try it, the breakfast comes highly recommended by a friend. The location is excellent, right next to the Stadtpark, and there's plenty of space for parking. The hotel is also family-friendly, with rooms that can accommodate up to four people and a sofa bed that is already prepared upon arrival. Additionally, the hotel is dog-friendly, making it suitable for families traveling with pets.
Felt instantly at home, no reason to complain.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, with a large park just across the street via an underground tunnel. The hotel is also close to the S-Bahn station, making it easy to travel to downtown or even back to the airport. And of course, we have to mention the really good breakfast served at the hotel. It was delicious and definitely was great.

There were a few maintenance issues experienced during our stay, such as the sauna being out of order and occasional elevator malfunctions.
